We handle all health and safety aspects of the event, including these very essential points – from the pre-planning with all legal requirements and compliance related aspects to the final breakdown and loadout and persons/equipment leaving the premises and/or event:
- All pre-meetings on pre-planning for the event.
- Supply all compliance and legal legislation for the event to comply to City JOC.
- All plan submissions and designer stands to the EMS plans committee for sign off.
- Compiling of all disaster management files for all the role playes in the City JOC.
- Risk Assessments of the event.
- Safety Officers monitoring events during build-up and breakdowns.

- The Medical Planning.
- All inspections with EMS to obtain a Certificate of Fitness on the day of event for event to go ahead.
